”On photos the guest house looks good. But in real life it a very small room (about 2.5*3.5 sq.m) including bathroom. ”Problems with checking in, nobody answered the buzzer. We were at the hotel 2 am but check in was 24/7. Gladly we got a nice local to call the hotel for us and got in. Staff was nice but spoke very limited English. Kiev is a big city and the hostel is quite far from sightsees and city center. Hotel was average compared to the price. ”My booking was canceled by the owner while I was on my transit. Moreover, since she didn’t have me stayed or “called deleted my booking”, I never got my booking money back yet. Not from the owner and not from the Travelocity. It was a ripoff my money from Travelocity and Friends forever place! I did send a message to Travelocity city to refund my money as I didn’t able to stay there. No response yet! I want money back now!!! Stop ripping off people money with false promises! ”

”Good location, you can walk to the center in around 20 minutes. It’s a breeze to catch a train or a bus, both stations are very near to the hostel. Breakfast was just porridge, but for such a price you can’t except too much. A reading light could do, you could read etc. Atmosphere was maybe the reason I wouldn’t go back, there just wasn’t the “it”.”
