”A very good hotel for a few night stay. The room arrangement is a bit confusing, but if you don't think it too much, then everything is fine. I encountered many problems during my trip, but the staff helped me with everything.. Really excellent customer service. ”

”Room was modern and clean. Bed super comfortable. Slept like a log. Plenty of free parking. Entry to hotel and room using pin code access so check in confirmed online. Very convenient. Would definitely stay here again. ”

”Booked the property then saw the reviews so was abit nervous to go here with them all being bad but I can not fault our stay at all! Upon arrival the music was loud in the pub, we checked in and the manager took us out the back. We were in one of the self contained lodges in the courtyard and it was of a very high clean standard, as we arrived the heating was on. It was newly refurbished and it was done to a high standard. Only one fault, the is a gap between the bottom of the door and the floor...

”Lovely staff, plenty of wheelchair space in accessible room, only downs side was the mould in bathroom. We didn’t use any of the towels etc as we took our own but they looked clean enough, wasn’t as noisy as I was expecting being at a services. Would defiantly go back 9/10”

”Fabulous staff. Excellent food. Very comfortable bed. Shower head had a leak but was replaced very promptly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only slight criticism would be that it was a bit messy near the bedrooms. ”

”The hotel was in the perfect location for the rail station, which was the reason for booking. The hotel was adequate in regards to their facilities, and the owner was very friendly, which is always a plus. The room was small, but fine for an overnight stay. It was a little bit musty in smell, though probably just needed airing a little bit more. Breakfast was reasonable and I was accommodated for allergies and preference. ”

”I receievd a text asking me to verify my id. But the link didnt work. After spending nearly 45min on hold i was told the link sent through hotels booking was not correct. Ofcourse this was a premium rate number. After trying to complain the line was cut off. Also the shower was cold ”

”Perfect stay before our flight in the early morning (6am). Nigel made us the most amazing Chips. Slept really well even though next to the airport.”

”Very well hosted, was lovely to see the horses in the stables, it is very close to the airport runway but it was actually enjoyable seeing the planes land and take off. Wasnt disterbing in the slightest. Rooms were clean and well stocked with tea coffee etc. Breckfast was amazing. And heating worked very well. We visited the local pub for a meal and had a wonderful meal, lovely ambiance and lovely staff. A well stocked newsagents opposite to get any extras needed. 15 mins from the nec...

”A perfect little stay - no muss, no fuss. Room had everything I needed. Wayne went out of his way to help me with some extra things and was generally very supportive. Shower was a bit confusing but I suspect that's due to me being American and not used to that type (but the medium setting with the knob at the first red dot was good for me). Pub just across the street was very helpful for meals since I didn't have a car. I'll be back!”
