”I was there for work. The hotel was very clean. They left plenty of linen in the room. The staff were very professional & polite. The breakfast was excellent & I loved that they had coffee available 24 hours. The hotel is also close to many fast food places, if that’s what you like & Meijer is right down the street. Thank you for a comfortable stay!”

”Absolutely disgusting. Cockroaches, rats, bed bugs, you name it. Even though it said non-smoking, it smelled like cigarettes. It was so strong that we got sore throats and severe headaches. I have traveled all over the U.S. and the world. I cannot believe this kind of place exists in a first world country. Department of Health needs to investigate and shut this place down ASAP before anyone gets seriously sick and end up dying.”

”I've never used an extended stay property before, so I'm not sure how this one compares. I was surprised by the limited front desk hours. There was no one to check out with when I left, so I just left my room keys at the desk. Not even a drop box. There is no listed check-in "before" time, but the front desk closed at 8:00p... and I got in at 8:15p. So I had to call a number to have the on call manager come down and open up the desk for check-in. That felt a bit weird. I failed to notice...
