”Carla was hunched over her phone and literally was standing in front of her until she looked up to greet me- not the automatic door that opened just steps away that alerted my entrance. Then she proceeded to answer the phone and instead of putting that person on a brief hold- she continued to make hand gestures or write things on a piece of paper of the items she needed for my check in process. Room was clean and comfortable even though you can see the years of wear on the hotel. ”

”I had to sign the usual damage waiver/cleaning fee if I mess something up terribly agreement etc yet I walked into our assigned room and the mirrored sliding doors on the closet have huge cracks in them, part of which have small pieces of scotch tape. Then I look up and the bulb in the entry light fixture is completely missing. So, I have to sign something that says I'll respect your property but you don't necessarily seem to make the upkeep of said property a priority.”
