”This was the highlight of our trip! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing! From the minute we arrived we were welcomed, we had the best meal, the fondue was delicious. The chef our waiter and everyone made sure we were taken care of! If you want a spectacular stay then stay at this wonderful hotel!”

”We travelled with 3 Golden Retrievers and hotel offer us bigger apartment which was very nice. The breakfast and dinner were so good. Also very good coffee which is very important issue! The staff was great, very good sense of humor and very good customer service. The location was just perfect. Very quiet place. Greetings to staff for great experience with food and service. ”

”Luzerniin tutustumassa ja tämä hotelli sopivan matkan päässä keskustasta. Auto hyvin parkkiin pihaan. Respa auki vain klo 22.00 asti, mutta soittamala saimme sovittua avaimen jättöpaikan; ulko-ovella puhelin, josta saatiin lisäneuvoja ja ulko-ovi auki. Erittäin ystävällinen respa.”

”Original room provided was below expectations but we were then moved to an acceptable room. Very disappointed that for a four night stay a bottle of water was only provided on first day! For the amount we were paying it isn't much to expect. ”

”Prima overnachting voor als je op doorreis bent. Heerlijke bedden en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt voor ieder wat wils. Restaurant voor avondeten was op loopafstand en zeer goed betaalbaar.”

”Location posted on Expedia was Interlaken where we wanted to stay but the hotel is located in Brienz which is 20 minutes by train from Interlaken. Hotel is located right in front of Lake Brienz and train/boat station which is great but its old 2 story building with small rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was good, however no toaster or microwave in breakfast area. SHort staffed, owner was on the counter plus doing everything.”

”Fantastic location. Self check in, no staff present. No fridge in room but a hallway fridge with waters, soda, beers , and a coffee machine. Great coffee shop right in the square. The Chapeau”

”The property was in a great location and a very cool experience with being right on the water. We loved the near blackout blinds and the bed was large and comfortable. The reason I'm giving it a 3 star is because the place wasn't that clean, the towels were very scratchy, the shower head was broken when we arrived which they fixed, it then stopped working again. The first time it was fixed , no notice was given and the person just showed up while we were napping. The second time we couldn't...

The staff were kind, caring, and always happy to help. Getting to the city center was super easy, and with a pass from the hotel, we could use public transportation for free.
